What if later on I need to change my website?

Just tell us what you want us to change!  We will provide FREE light quarterly updates to your site to fit your needs!

Can I get an email address attached to my website?

Yes, you get 15 of them.  All of them will be:  name@yourwebsite.com

You can stop using unprofessional looking, name@yahoo.com or name@hotmail.com

How soon will my website be up?

Every website is unique. However, our time-frame for delivery is typically two to three weeks.
On some of our "specialized profession" packages, we can start customizing your website the same day we receive your order.
Once your account is setup the only delay will be the 12-72 hour internet propagation process. (Look to the left panel for definitions.)

Isn't $24.95 a month too low of price for an on call webmaster?

Well, we're not exactly "on-call". Included with our hosting is quarterly updates to your site. We devote an hour of work to your site every quarter. Thats enough time to change a few pages. (Add photos, change text, etc..)

Do I have to sign an annual contract?

You can pay for a years worth of hosting in advance and recieve a 5% discount, or just pay $24.95 a month.

What if later on I am unhappy with your service, what happens to my website, and www. name?

If its in the first 45 days we will refund your money and close your account.   If its beyond that then we will transfer your domain name and website to you.

How can I pay?

Cash, Check, or credit card .  We can set up automated billing to charge your business account $24.95 a month. 

What security measures do you take to protect my credit card number?

We don't handle credit card numbers.  We use www.paypal.com (a subsidiary of ebay) to do all our credit card transactions.

What about my domain name? (www.yourcompany.com)

We can help you find one that is available, and we will register it for you.    In addition we will pay the annual register fees as long as you remain a client of ours. ($15-$35 annually)

What if I want to add more pages to my site?

We provide the first 5 pages free of charge.    Additional pages can be added at only $75 a page.
